When I was young, my mom told me I would always ask her “why” to the point where it drove her crazy. In my design practice today, the habit of asking why continues. By constantly asking why I can spot the relevant patterns and issues in a given scenario and develop a creative solution that is inspired by the future, turning my questions [ ? ] into an expressive solution [ ! ].
